BUDPAC work closely nationwide with all NZ pallet racking companies by supplying them quality precision cut MDF panels direct to site. MDF shelving is available in a range of thicknesses from 18 to 30mm. Whether its 1000 custom cut MDF panels or 1, Budpac guarantee a fast efficient nationwide service.
BUDPAC is based on site with Daiken NZ Ltd, New Zealand’s leading MDF board producer; their brand “CUSTOMWOOD” This close relationship gives us direct access to long length MDF panels normally unobtainable in the market. Budpac also source MDF panels from Dongwha Patinna Ltd and Nelson Pine Ind. With this extensive supply chain, Budpac can guarantee supply of quality MDF board to suit a wide range of applications.
MDF Pallets
BUDPAC NI LTD is New Zealand’s leading supplier of export certified MDF PALLETS (Medium Density Fibre Board). MDF board is automatically compliant, no longer requiring the ISPM15 mark, making it the popular choice among exporters. MDF pallets generally consist of an 18mm solid MDF base attached to 70-90mm MDF bearer’s, however various slat designs and/or MDF pine combos can be custom designed to your needs. BUDPAC specialise in custom cut MDF coversheet tops, sides, ends, bases, fillet boards, layer boards and bearers often known as dunnage. MDF thin line 3mm coversheets provide exceptional protection, but if that’s not enough we have the range covered with 6, 7, 9, 12 or 15mm protection. BUDPAC specialize in long length MDF coversheet panels, precision cut to 5.4m in length.

MDF Slip Sheets
Slip sheets are designed to replace or supplement wooden pallets in transportation and warehouse applications.
Slip sheets cost less than pallets; weigh less, saving transport costs; and are only a fraction the thickness of pallets, therefore increasing space and improving the efficiency of truck loading
